Admin & Marketing

We are looking for a rock star support person that is very detail oriented, tech savvy, task oriented, self managed and has an eye for good marketing. This person is a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a winning attitude. This is a full time position so part time and work from home need not apply.

People Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, superiors, and customers, in both written and verbal form. They must be able to work with both vendors and customers.
  • Ability to block out distractions in order to truly listen to the conversation that is occurring.
  • Experience working in a problem-solving environment.
  • Must be willing to communicate via phone often.

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of computers, web applications and navigating the Internet.
  • Apple/Mac computer usage.
  • Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar experience.
  • Facebook usage and advertising.
  • Some basic drag/drop style design work required for flyer creation and marketing.

Job Specific Skills

  • Real Estate License and/or Experience a Plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Works well under pressure. Able to remain calm despite tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable on the phone.
  • Above average writing and grammar skills.
  • Ability to use email and text effectively as a means of communication.
  • Creative writing a plus.

Key Activities of a HIGH Performance Admin

  • Support the agents as requested.
  • Manage listings online.
  • Write creative marketing descriptions about properties and upload photos.
  • Schedule vendors and appointments for listings.
  • Create and publish pre-built marketing materials.
  • Communicate to clients with updates of home status.
  • Delivering documents and marketing material to homeowners if required.
